Service Description

Are you ready for a new approach to weight management? Welcome to the Slow Down Diet Workshop. The Slow Down Diet is a breakthrough program, written by Marc David, teaching us to reimagine dieting. He asks us to let go of diet deprivation and restriction and instead learn to eat for energy, pleasure and weight loss. During the workshop we will: (1) explore 8 universal metabolizers that can fire up your weight loss efforts, (2) identify any toxic beliefs underlying our disorded relationship with food and body, (3) discover how what you eat is only half the story of optimum nutrition and metabolism, (4) Lean into relaxation, pleasure, quality and purpose for optimum physical and emotional health, (5) Inspire you to replace diet and deprivation with health, happiness and purpose. The workshop series includes: (1) 10 inspiring and educational 60 – 90 minute group coaching sessions, (2) Support material for the discussion topic, (3) Private group providing support from myself and for each other, (4) A 45-60 minute individual coaching session at the end of the 10 weeks to create a personalized roadmap for the next steps in your weight loss and wellness journey (this is optional, but recommended). All of this is provided in a safe, supportive small group environment where you can share your journey with like minded people.
