How I Work with You
You may be new to the concept of health and wellness coaching so let me share with you the value that it brings.
Wellness and health coaching is all about you living your best life possible. If you've landed here, you may want to improve your lifestyle habits and change how you are living. Making those improvements and changes is challenging when you must do it all by yourself. Perhaps you have already had some experience with that.
Should we work together with coaching, I am here to serve you. You are the one in charge of your life and our work together. Your hands are on the steering wheel. I am not going to tell you what to do. We work together to create a targeted wellness plan to help you succeed at making the lifestyle improvements you want to make.
As your coach, I will work with you to clarify where you are at with your health and well-being right now. We will explore together using coaching tools to provide a complete picture and review any lifestyle improvement recommendations you received from health professionals. Then we will work together to help form a clear picture of the kind of life you want to live, your healthiest life possible for you. We will use that insight to create a solid plan to help you get there.
Once we have that plan, I will be your cheerleader and guide for self-accountability and follow through on the steps you need to take to achieve your goals. I will be with you throughout the journey. I will be there to help you navigate any roadblocks that come up. I will help you with challenges for you to live the healthy life you want. Together we will help you keep on track. Together we will help you find and develop the sources of support that will make your changes last. We will evaluate your progress and adjust the course along the way as needed. My goal is to assist you in living a healthy life that is right for you.
